1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the q99 platform — including its website, mobile interface, games, betting markets, and promotional offers — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms form a binding agreement between you and q99.

q99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and age at any time. Failure to provide acceptable documentation may result in account restriction or permanent closure, along with forfeiture of any outstanding balance deemed to have been obtained in violation of these criteria.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on q99. Opening duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these terms. When creating your account, you are required to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh (Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, or other divisions), and a valid contact email address.
• Choose a unique username and a strong password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. q99 will never ask for your password via email or chat.
• Notify q99 immediately via [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorized third party.
• Complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process when prompted. This may require uploading a copy of a government-issued ID such as your National ID card, passport, or driving licence.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

q99 supports a range of payment methods popular among players across Dhaka, Chittagong, Rajshahi, and other parts of Bangladesh. All financial transactions are subject to the following conditions:

• Deposits are processed through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other supported local channels. Minimum deposit thresholds may apply and are displayed on the deposit page.
• Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the original deposit (return-to-source policy). Processing times vary by method but q99 aims to complete all withdrawal requests within 24 hours under normal operating conditions.
• All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Amounts below this threshold will be held until the accumulated total meets the minimum.
• q99 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges. Players are responsible for any such third-party fees.

q99 reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal request pending identity verification or fraud investigation. If a withdrawal is found to be associated with any violation of these terms, the platform may withhold or forfeit the relevant funds and close the account.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

q99 periodically offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and special seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other occasions relevant to the Bangladesh market. All bonus offers are governed by the following general conditions:

• Each welcome bonus is available to new players only and may be claimed once per verified account. Creating multiple accounts to claim the bonus multiple times constitutes fraud.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before any withdrawal can be made. The specific rollover multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual offer terms. Standard wagering requirements range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses must be used within the specified validity period. Expired bonuses and any winnings generated from them will be voided without compensation.

• All bets are final once confirmed. q99 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed wagers except in cases of technical error verified by our platform team.
• In the event of a sports event being abandoned, postponed, or interrupted before its natural conclusion, q99 will apply standard industry void-bet rules. Stakes on voided events are returned to the player's account balance.
• Maximum bet limits apply to individual markets and may vary by game type, event, and account tier. q99 reserves the right to adjust bet limits for any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice.
• In cases of obvious pricing error (also referred to as 'palpable error'), q99 reserves the right to cancel or correct bets placed at erroneous odds. Decisions made in such cases are final and binding.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the q99 platform. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated software, bots, AI-assisted tools, or any script, exploit, or algorithm to gain an unfair advantage in any game, betting market, or promotional offer on the q99 platform.
• Money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid detection, or using the platform as a conduit for funds derived from illegal activity.
• Colluding with other players, sharing account access, or coordinating bets to manipulate outcomes in any game or market.
• Attempting to access another player's account, reverse-engineer the platform, introduce malware, or exploit any security vulnerability in the q99 system.
• Providing false identity documents, submitting fraudulent payment details, or misrepresenting any personal information during registration or KYC verification.

q99 actively monitors all account activity for suspicious patterns. Where prohibited conduct is detected, q99 may share relevant information with law enforcement, financial regulators, or other gaming operators as permitted by applicable law.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

q99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Common grounds for account action include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision contained in these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to eligibility violations, prohibited activities, or bonus abuse.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or harmful conduct based on account behaviour, transaction patterns, or third-party reports.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the timeframe requested by q99's compliance team.

Players may also voluntarily request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Pending withdrawals at the time of voluntary closure will be processed in the normal course. Any active bonus balances at the time of closure will be forfeited.

9. Privacy and Data Security

11. Amendments to These Terms
